I booked DC carpet cleaning to clean the carpets of one of my clients' homes in preparation for its sale. I was very impressed with the service I received - very responsive in answering my questions, finding availability and booking a session. Dan turned up on time and was able to complete the job swiftly and exceeded our expectations on the difference that could be made to a reasonably stained carpet. I am the Facilities Manager at Parkstone Yacht Club. DC Carpet Cleaning have just completed the annual clean of the Clubs carpeted areas. Staff and Members are all amazed about the changes achieved. Heavily stained areas in the bar and restaurant are now looking almost back to new carpets. They attended on time and were very efficient. Fitting in the work around our opening hours, at a very busy Yacht Club. The results are excellent. Deep cleaned our sofas, lounge and dining room beige carpet which was littered with stains from 2 small children. I booked online just 2 days before which was great because I knew the price before confining the appointment. And they didn’t increase the cost when they saw what they were contending with! Dan did an amazing job, the carpet which was heavily stained has come up wonderful. Dan was kind enough to attend at extremely short notice - the next day which was very much appreciated. I had my car upholstery cleaned as it was very dirty and grubby. DC Carpet Cleaning Ltd made it look like new again. I am very impressed with the service I've had. Dan successfully dealt with a tea stain back in November and I called him back again yesterday to remove some red wine stains on a cream carpet. Following some very tricky tenants I wasn’t sure our carpets were salvageable (oil stains, grease, walked in grime and other unmentionables) Dan has done an amazing job with them. Dan dealt with a very bad urine stained mattress thanks to our cat! I'm amazed at the result, the stains gone and he's sanitised and put scotch guard on the mattress. Very pleased with the result and service. Would definitely recommend DC Carpet cleaning. ~ Steve W

My Peugeot 107 had mould all over the upholstery as it had been left standing during lockdown, to the point where I really didn't feel safe getting into it. DC did a lovely job cleaning things up. It's great to have everything fresh and clean again. ~ Scott S
